FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH
(uncooked)
1 quart fresh cranberries
3 large oranges
3 cups of white sugar
Wash and drain one quart of cranberries. Wash and wipe three large or four small oranges. Cut up whole oranges, removing seeds and center stalk. Grind cranberries and oranges together. Add three cups white sugar, mix well, and let stand three hours or longer. Add more sugar if necessary. Excellent relish for use with turkey or other meats.
