Recipe By Inn at Gristmill Square

1 egg
1 1/4 cups salad oil
1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. tarragon

Place egg in electric mixer and beat well. Slowly add oil in a light stream. Add remaining ingredients.
