Historic Beaumont Inn's main dining room features classic Kentucky cuisine and southern hospitality. With recipes handed down through five generations, our house specialties include two-year-old Kentucky cured country Ham, yellow-legged fried chicken, corn pudding, and General Robert E. Lee orange-lemon cake. Our popular Sunday brunch features a bountiful buffet of Beaumont Inn's favorites including cheese grits, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, assortment of salads, fried chicken, country ham, corn pudding, assorted vegetables and plenty of desserts! Speaking of dessert, try their Chocolate Superfecta, a platter of three mini chocolate desserts consisting of a Chocolate-Bourbon Truffle, Chocolate Pot de Crème and a Chocolate-Mint Chip Ice Cream Sandwich, paired with a flight of fine Kentucky Bourbons from Buffalo Trace Distillery consisting of Buffalo Trace, Blantons', and W.L. Weller Centennial.

Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls, Logan, Ohio
The Inn at Cedar Falls provides a fine dining experience in the Hocking Hills, offering superb four-course gourmet meals. Located on The Inn property in its original 1840's log cabins, The Inn restaurant seats 45 people in the two log cabins and features a large, seasonal outdoor dining area. The dining is exquisite but the dress is casual. Guests can watch their gourmet meals being prepared before them in the open kitchen by the chef, who uses the finest fresh ingredients, featuring much that is locally grown in the Hocking Hills. The Inn At Cedar Falls' Restaurant entrees currently include Filet Mignon with Tomato Compote, Fennel & Cardamom Seared Salmon over Spiced Garbanzo Beans, or Herb Crusted Pork Loin with Peach Glaze. However, The Inn prides itself in choosing only the best ingredients so the menu changes seasonally. Daily four course offerings include appetizer, soup, salad and entrees. Dinner guests may arrive one-half hour prior to dinner to enjoy an early glass of wine or a mug of cold beer while chatting in the tavern with other guests Monday through Saturday.

Inn at Gristmill Square, Warm Springs, VA
The Waterwheel Restaurant, located in the original gristmill building, offers selections such as fresh local trout, roast duckling and tournedos au poivre in an elegant country setting. Sunday brunch on the deck is a special treat. Guests may choose their wine from the wine cellar located among the working of the mill. The Simon Kenton Pub is tiny and intimate, with just the right number of well-worn stools and two tables.

Murphin Ridge Inn, West Union, Ohio
The Murphin Ridge Dining House is open to Inn Guests 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner. The general public is invited to dine on Tuesday through Saturday evenings for dinner 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Reservations Recommended. Executive Chef Jackson Rouse heads the kitchen. He brings many years of experience in fine dining and features local in-season menus to enhance your stay. Fine spirits, wines, and assorted beers now available for dinner Monday through Saturday. Their Chef's Table weekends, scheduled the last weekend of each month November through May, offer a perfect reason to get away. Book early as these reservations sell out quickly! (Two-night minimum.)
