Beaumont Inn’s 1000 Island Dressing

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
12 pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 cup dry or drained cottage cheese
2 level tablespoons white sugar
1 drop Tabasco
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pint mayonnaise (Hellman’s)

Stir all ingredients together. Makes approximately 1 quart. Keep refrigerated.
